Today, more than ever, the Internet is no longer just an academic, scientific tool but a means of mass media, socialization and education. It’s enormous spread makes it a dynamic platform for free expression and political activism, but also an ideal environment for disseminating information related to child pornography, violent behavior, and human rights abuses.
