Further training of teachers is an essential demand of our contemporary society. As the traditional methods do not absolutely cover the needs of teachers, it becomes necessary for the further training to be offered through synchronous, flexible and functional ways as the in-school training really is. In the present paper it is stressed that in-school training offers continuous scientific and pedagogical support to the teachers while, at the same time, it makes them active factors of the learning process
