Although educational projects provided by the Centers for Environmental Education (CEE) are sometimes unofficially assessed and although some papers on the evaluation of school environmental education projects already exist, a common tool devoted specifically to the evaluation of CEE projects is not found in the literature. However, there is a known need for the implementation of evaluation in the work of CEE, including their educational projects. Based on the literature, in this paper we are proposing an evaluation tool with 10 evaluation items and 45 indicators, followed by some notes on the objectives, the fields, the techniques, the instruments and the probable addressees of the evaluation. In fact, the use of the proposed tool entails the realization, by the pedagogical team of the CEE, of action research involving internal and external assessment procedures.
