In our country teachers are the final recipients and implementers of educational policy decisions as our educational system in centralized. Teachers as professionals practice a mainly humanitarian profession and are subject to conditions of work stress. A fact that often leads them to feel work stress according to international and Greek surveys. This paper intends to investigate workload-time pressure as a stress factor. For this reason, a quantitative survey was carried out, with a questionnaire to 1,988 primary education teachers.
